JW Soft is an independent product studio operated by Peter Basl in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. This page explains what happens to information submitted through jwsoft.ca.
What is collected
The contact form collects only what you type into it: your name, your email address, a description of the task or workflow you want to improve, and optionally a description of how you currently handle it. Nothing else is collected from the form.
How it is processed
Form submissions are transmitted and delivered by Formspree, a third-party form service, and arrive by email at hello@jwsoft.ca. Formspree processes the submission in order to deliver it; their handling is governed by their own privacy policy.
How it is used
Your submission is used to respond to your inquiry and to conduct any subsequent conversation about the work. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. You will not be added to a mailing list.
Retention
Inquiries are retained in email for as long as they are relevant to an active or prospective engagement. You can ask for your inquiry and any associated correspondence to be deleted at any time by emailing hello@jwsoft.ca.
Analytics

Client work
Information shared during a project engagement — including workflow details, internal processes, and any data provided for development or testing — is treated as confidential and used only for the purposes of that engagement. Formal confidentiality terms are covered in the engagement agreement.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you may request access to the personal information held about you, request corrections, and request deletion. Email hello@jwsoft.ca.
